IFAT Munich 2026
Meet Longking EnTech Europe at IFAT Munich 2026 – Ozone & UV for Real-World Water Treatment
IFAT Munich 2026: where water treatment engineering meets scale
From May 4–7, 2026, IFAT Munich brings together the environmental technology ecosystem in Munich. This year, Longking EnTech Europe will be in Hall A3 / Stand 537, in the area dedicated to water and wastewater treatment plant construction and related engineering.
Why “Ozone + UV” is a serious 2026 conversation
Across drinking water, wastewater and reuse, the same engineering pressure keeps rising: repeatable, verifiable performance under variable flow, changing UVT, organic load, and shifting oxidant demand—while keeping energy and maintenance under control. Ozone and UV remain two of the most powerful (and complementary) tools when they are properly engineered, controlled, and integrated.
At IFAT, we’ll focus on practical questions engineers and operators actually need answered:
How do you design compact ozonation that’s still stable and efficient?
How do you retrofit open-channel UV for high flows without “stealing” civil space?
What control/automation features make compliance easier—not harder?
What you’ll see at our booth
We’ll bring two of our latest platforms to discuss sizing, integration, and project constraints:
1) NLO-LITE — Compact ozone generation for medium-scale installations
The NLO-LITE Series is designed for compact, plug-and-play ozone generation in municipal and industrial applications—especially where footprint, lead time, or modular deployment matters (containerized systems, pilot plants, and reuse installations).
Key technical points to discuss at IFAT:
Ozone capacity: 0.5–1.5 kg O₃/h (model dependent).
High concentration with oxygen feed: up to 296 g/Nm³.
Energy consumption: ≤ 8 kWh/kg O₃ (depending on model).
Cooling flexibility: air-cooled or water-cooled configurations.
Controls: integrated PLC, optional HMI, and remote access via Ethernet.
Where this matters most: compact reuse schemes, industrial process water, medium WWTP tertiary steps, and pilot/R&D deployments where speed and operability are critical.
2) NLQ-HPV — High-power vertical UV for open-channel, high-flow disinfection
For large municipal and industrial facilities, the NLQ-HPV Series targets high flow disinfection with a vertical, hydraulically optimized open-channel design and 800 W high-power amalgam UV lamps.
Highlights you can review with our engineers at the stand:
Lamp power: 800 W high-power amalgam UV-C.
Vertical cross-flow configuration designed for consistent dose distribution under varying flows.
Compact footprint for retrofit and space-constrained sites.
Maintenance concept: lamp replacement without removing the module from the channel.
Automation: PLC + HMI with SCADA connectivity; continuous UV intensity/dose monitoring and predictive alerts.
Automatic pneumatic cleaning (wiper).
Let’s talk about your constraints (not just our catalogue)
If you’re planning a new build or retrofit in drinking water, wastewater, or reuse, bring the basics (flow envelope, UVT range, targets, footprint limits, oxygen strategy). We’ll use IFAT as a working session to map out feasible architectures and key risks early.
See you in Munich
